Change window 2003 server

I have a difficulty to change the windows 2003 server (standard edition) password. Anyone can help? Thanks!

It is not clear which password are you talking about.

If you have difficulties to change a password of your account, logon to an account with Administrator rights (you can even logon to built-in Administrator account) and from Start | Administrative Tools | Computer Management select Users and Groups | Users on the left pane, then right-click a user profile in question on the right pane and from pop-up menu select “Change password”. Also check Properties for this account to be sure that it is assigned to a proper group and a checkbox “User cannot change password” is not checked (unless it is required by group policy).
