I’ve looked everywhere, registry etc. to find out where I can change the name of the owner in Outlook. Can anybody assist please? My last Assistant has now left me and I want to display the name of the new one. Many thanks

If you’re using Exchange server first change the name of the mailbox then at the client go to Outlook properties, select Exchange Server properties and under Mailbox enter the new name, click Check Name, Apply and that should be it.

If you mean the person named on the splash screen as the owner of that copy of Office, I think it’s a chore (like uninstalling and reinstalling, but search the Lounge first, since it might have gotten easier in more recent versions of Office).
