I have Excel 2007 running on Windows 7 Pro (64 bit) SP1. I have used the Table function several times, but now I have run into a problem that I cannot solve.
I have a spreadsheet that, except for the date column consists of only text and numbers: no formulas. It has 38 columns and currently 83 rows (including 5 header rows). I created 12 Charts on a separate tab. Once I had everything working to my satisfaction, I created a Table which includes all 38 columns and 83 rows. The 1st column is the date column.
The Table feature works fine on the spreadsheet. When I click on the 84th row in the 1st column, the next date appears as it should. I can add any data I want to the row. I then click on the 85th row, and it all still works. I use banded rows, so I can see that all of the columns are active with the new rows that I added.
But NONE of the new rows appear on my Charts! Choosing Select Data on any of the Charts only indicates 83 rows.
I even tried reconverting to the Range function, and then recreating the Table. No difference.
Does anyone have any idea why might be going on here, or how I might trace the problem?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
