Chrome won’t open after Win 11 22h2 (KB5027231) install

After Windows 11 22H2 update was installed Google Chrome won’t open.  I tried to reinstall it, but is still wouldn’t open.  I then tried to uninstall and reinstall Chrome and still it won’t open.

Task Manager does show Google Chrome as a running process.

Ideas on how to get Chrome working again?
