    I have suddenly lost the ability to view clipart thumbnails in tha pane that appears upon choosing Insert/Picture/From Clipart! Now I get an icon (similar to Windows MediaPlayer with a dog-eared page in the background). I’m baffled. and tried to look in Help, Tools/Options and have had no luck changing this back to how it was. I have even tried to reinstall after Help advised that there is a converter issue, something I have never experienced. I installed the converters to no avail.
