I recently created a new email account with Outlook2013 in Win10Pro. It took a few days before I read enough help files to learn about the “application” password, then it worked. Problem: I used the email address but named the account name Gmail in the 2d page of account settings. This was the result.
The indented Data Folders and other unmovable system folders belong to [Gmail]. I want to combine the two names into one or the other and preserve all the folder but the email is the only actual account listed under File-Accounts-Accounts-E-mail. It cannot be moved from the top. And neither folder can be renamed. I also copied the [Gmail] folder the bottom and now I have to delete it.
The system folders at the bottom of the list belong to the email name and cannot be copied anywhere within [Gmail].
[Moderator edit] removed attachment that showed email address. Take a new screenshot and exclude the email address. Also removed the incorrect attachment.
