I have two stacked charts each showing two data sets. I’d like to combine them into one chart but I still want two vertical bars with two data sets each (not one vertical stacked bar with four data points). I can’t see how to combine these w/o resulting in a single bar graph. Is there a trick or is this not possible?

    Data1 80,120
    Data2 170,250

So I had two charts with one stacked bar each but can I have two stacked bars with two data points on one chart?

    Thnx,
    Deb

      Yes it is possible.

      Try this site : http://peltiertech.com/Excel/Charts/format.html#tornado%5B/url%5D

scroll down to where it says clustered stacked column shart and click on the heading for instructions.
It has 4 links, one of which has a sample.

      I’ve found it very helpful.

Microsoft also has an article titled : How to create charts with multiple groups of stacked bars
