Command to decrypt an esd file

When Windows 10 downloads an esd file with Windows Update, before installing it, Windows must decrypt it.

What command used to do this?

Instead, I wanted to understand how Windows does to decrypt the esd files without using external utilities.

In the script, I can not find the DISM command that allows to decrypt an esd file. Why?

What do you mean decrypt? The file has an internal format that DISM understands and can therefore convert.
