Convert All page on Word to Page break at once

Hello

I work in Word online and I design and format the file pages on it. The problem is that when I re-open the file, I find that the pages I previously organize is Not organized in order, the same thing when I open the file in the word phone application or google docs.

I know the page break option helps in this case but in my case I have more than 100 pages, and it would be difficult to pagebreak each page.

Is there a way to make all pages I design and format have page break. even if I re-open the file in another app that support word format, or let’s say make all pages page break with one click automatically, thank you

Page breaks will not help in this situation as this is a display problem rather than a formatting problem. If you make each application “view” of whole page, your original formatting should still be present. If not then that app has the document setup on a different paper size or different margins which drives the text to the next page because of the small place to place all the text. A page break would only make a bigger gap going to the next page resulting in two pages for every original page.

I don’t use a phone Word app (try not to type on a phone’s small keyboard), and don’t use Google docs so I don’t know where in the settings of those apps you go to make those changes if the apps have that setting to change. Alternative would be to set the page size and margins that the phone and Google docs apps are set to in your Word app so when you switch apps they would be the same.
