It’s possible to export an Access table, query, form or report to a pdf file, but it doesn’t make much sense to convert a pdf file to a database. If the pdf file contains a table, you could copy it and paste the data into an Access table.

The contents of your Word document doesn’t have a clear table structure, so it is not clear how it should be converted to an Access table.

All data from a record will end up in a single field. Is that what you intend? If so, you can simply copy the data in Word to the clipboard (it doesn’t matter whether you take the document from your previous post or the document from your latest one) and paste it into an Access table. Or you can save the Word document as a text file (.txt) and import that into Access (File | Get External Data | Import…)

You can use BBCodes to format your content.
Your account can't use all available BBCodes, they will be stripped before saving.
