Thanx, I had seen that, but appears to be tied to MSFT Money and specific format CSV files.
            My target is Quicken.

            I just tried the program.

Program does produce OFX files, but they are intended for MSFT Money.
Quicken will import them if I rename as QFX files, but fields do not seem to be what Quicken wants.

Not sure if there a MSFT Money that runs on Windoze 2000.
I’ll go to MSFT web site. and check what is being sold.
