Copy negative values, roundup and paste absolute value by VBA.

Hello,

I am trying to run a Macro where negative values will be copied and pasted the rounded up absolute value to another cell. For example, if I run the macro in cell F168 where the value is -34,170, it will be copied and rounded up to 40,000 and then pasted on cell D163. And the same VBA will be run on different cell in 168th row.

Could you please help me to build the macro to make things easier?
