    Can you tell me the easiest way to insert a graph from another spreadsheet into another seperate spreadsheet rather than have to re-do all the graph again.
    I tried to copy and past graph but graph is to small and l cannot enlarge it.

      If you want it as a chart and not just a picture, make sure you copy the chart and the source data to the new book. Then copy the new data into the sheet with the source data.

      Do you want only a “picture” of the chart, or should it be editable?

      If you want a picture:
      – Click once on the chart to select it.
      – Hold down the Shift key while clicking on the Edit menu.
      – The Copy item has changed to Copy Picture; select this and click OK.
      – Activate the other workbook.
      – Paste the picture (Edit | Paste or Ctrl+V)

      If you want the chart to be editable, you will have to copy the chart together with its source data to the other workbook.

        Thats great thanks for that , the only problem l have is that the wording month isn overlapping the x-axis,is there any way round this?

          Either click on the word Month to select its text box, then dwag the border a bit downward, or click on the dark red background of the plot area and drag its bottom edge a bit upward (using the little black square in the middle of the bottom edge).
