Help – an attorney at our firm is not able to select multiple attachments all at once from an email, copy them then go to Explorer and paste. I thought she might have Word as her email editor, which can throw the Outlook functionallity off – but she doesn’t. I checked the atty. that she got the email from, she didn’t have Word editor either. I had her send me the email and I tried to copy and paste, but got the same thing – the paste function was greyed out.

What’s the deal, any suggestions would be much appreciated!

Here’s something you can try: Select the attachments then use File/Save Attachments. A dialog box will appear with the selected attachments listed. Click OK and you will get a dialog box where you can choose where to save them.

      This works for Outlook 2000.
