    Is there a function/formula to count the numbers of times a word occurs in a worksheet. I have one with 100 rows of text and i need to know which word occurs the most, the second most, the third most etc. Thank you

      If you copy/paste the cells into a Word document, you can use the ideas from the thread starting at post 285,569.
