    I want to create a list of names in worksheet one, then in worksheet two under a column called NAMES have a drop down list that provides the names on worksheet one. Can someone provide a bit of help?

      One idea is to use Validation. In order to use a list on another worksheet in validation, the list must have a name. So:

      • Select the list of names on worksheet one.
      • Type a name, for example NameList, in the cell address box in the formula bar.
      • Switch to worksheet two.
      • Select a cell or a range of cells under NAMES.
      • Click Data | Validation…
      • Select “List” in the first dropdown list.
      • Enter =NameList in the Source dropdown list
      • If you wish, visit the other tabs of the dialog.
      • Click OK.[/list]
