I have a problem with some code that has worked for the past few years. The code creates a mail item in Outlook. The problem is that now someone with administrator privileges on the server can send a mail where as a normal user gets an error at the part where the mail item is being created (olMailItem). I have worked with the It admin on this one and we can’t find where the problem is. I am certain is has something to do with Outlook security but I just can’t find the setting. Has anyone else seen this before? I can say that all of this worked fine with Off 97/2000. Oh, one more thing, the users are running this via Citrix connection so everything is running on the server.
