There are three individual projects that use the same pool of resources. What i need to do is:
1) create a master plan/schedule
2) have a common resource pool listing that is used by all schedules
3) when the lower level schedules have updates, they should roll up to the master
Do i do this using consolidation plan/schedule or a cross link one? I am relatively new to MSP but have become the local go to person.
