I have the need to create an alternate calendar – which is easy. However, I also need to share that calendar with other users. I have found conflicting information at Microsoft’s site about sharing. My users cannot see my alternate calendar – only my main calendar. We have tried a group calendar which did not work either. Outlook 2000 had a beautiful team calendar feature that was easy to work with and nice to look at. I cannot find anything like that for Outlook 2003.
I hope some of you will be able to tell me where to look.
