Creating Envelopes in Word – no USA! (Word 2K)

I have a silly Word issue — when I create an Envelope in MS Word — the country shows up at the bottom of the default address. For example:

*tools
*envelopes and labels
*envelopes
*click on address book and select address
*the delivery address defaults with “United States of America” at the bottom

Any way to change the default so that is not there?
