Curious Issue – Error? (2003)

Greetings,

I began receiving the following message upon startup of Excel. Since it is cryptic, does anyone have an idea as to how to determine what object is trying to be be loaded?

I have already tried not having any add-ins load, but I still got the message. It comes up twice.
