Custom range in formula (2000)

I have some IRR formulas in a spreadsheet. Eg “=IRR(B1:B145,0.1)
I want to be able to change the end-range of the formula by entering a number in a cell A1. Eg. If I entered 60 in cell A1 the formula would switch to “=IRR(B1:B60,0.1).

I’m sure this should be fairly simple, but I cant quite figure it out !
Any help much appreciated.
