Customize Task Views (Outlook 2003)

Hi, I am trying to customize my task views. There are two issues I have:

1 – I use the Company field ALL the time and would like to be able to sort by this field – Outlook doesn’t seem to give me this option
2 – I would also like to hide all my completed tasks – currently these appear with a line through them

1. Use the Group By function – right click on the field header ‘Company’, click ‘Group By this Field’ (unfortunately ‘Group By’ is more restricted than sorting)
2. Filter the View – View | Arrange | Customize Current View | Filter | Advanced tab | set Field to Complete, Condition to equals, Value to No.

Thank you John. It was a great help – particularly understanding how to get the filter to not show deleted. I played around but just couldn’t work it out. As for GroupBy – I use this in my inbox all the time, so I don’t know why I didn’t try it before. Thanks again.
