Database query (2003)

I’m using a database query from within Excel. Data is returned OK.
I’m trying to set a value in a cell as criteria in the query but the “Query Parameters” button on the toolbar is greyed out.
What is needed to make this button functional?

Hi,
You need to edit the query and establish a parameter before the button will be enabled – you cannot use it to actually establish a parameter to start with.
