Day formula problem (2000)

Hi I’m using Network day formula and a if formula together and coming up with the word False, I would like it to say nothing instead. Also I’m not sure how to figure out for a 24 hour grace time. They have 24 hours to get the info out so the networkday formula should count after those 24 hours are up or maybe show a nagitive number. Please see the attached file.

In cell J2, enter

=IF(G2="N",NETWORKDAYS(D2,E2),"")

and fill down. The 3rd argument of the IF function specifies what to return if the 1st argument evaluates to FALSE.

I have another problem. It shows 0 days out for some of the time and 1 day out other times can you tell me why. I have attached another file to show you.

some of the days are weekdays, some are on the weekend.
