Dec. Windows Updates question

Other than the MSRT & hidding KB2887069, I’m still on hold waiting for Woody’s ‘go ahead’ & just wondering what everyone else has done.
We’re only days away from Jan. updates. :confused:

Not having read Woody’s article, I installed all of the Dec. updates as-is and haven’t experienced any problems although from a Google, that hasn’t been the same for some.

As far as I know MS haven’t issued a fixit patch but may issue a reworked version of the update for Jan’s, so if you don’t want to risk it, then leave it until you see what’s on offer for this month.

I’ve installed all the Dec. updates on several Windows 7 machines without an issue. With a large install base there will always be problems for some. If you are concerned backup your system and then install the fixes one at a time.
