Default Encryption

I’ve been seeing statements that Windows 11 update 24H2 will encrypt drive by default.  I have NEVER used drive encryption.  I DO NOT want my drives encrypted.  Is there any guidance on preventing encryption?

Running Windows 11 Pro.
