What is the default save location for design templates in Powerpoint 2007? My organization has created a template they want everyone to use so I am trying to figure out were to save it so it will show in Themes on the Design Tab. Thanks

The default directory on your computer should be C:Program FilesMicrosoft OfficeTemplates1033
If you have a Workgroup setting in Word, I.E. “f:MSOfficeTemplates” set on all computers, you could put it there and it should show up in PowerPoint.

I would save as a .thmx file and put it in
      C:ProgramFilesMicrosoft OfficeDocument Themes 12

If you open up Word, and look in the Word options/Advanced/General. You will find a button labelled “File Locations”. This will show you the file locations for all of the office applications. Note that you can set “Workgroup templates”. Usually this is for templates that are set on shared server locations. This is so you don’t have to run around from machine to machine updating each one individually.

You can use BBCodes to format your content.
Your account can't use all available BBCodes, they will be stripped before saving.
