Since we went to Defcon 4, I allowed my 1809 to update to 17763.615. The .Net update showing in Settings>WU>installed updates shows KB 4507469 for .Net. In Control Panel>Installed Updates it shows KB 4506998 as installing. Why the difference???

KB4507419 is a Rollup that contains the patches for .NET 3.5, 4.7.2 and 4.8 – it is a bundle.
Windows Update assesses the version(s) of .NET installed on the computer and applies the individual patches in the bundle accordingly. Evidently, you have .NET 3.5 and 4.7.2 installed so you got KB4506998 (see whole KB support page linked above).

The following articles contain additional information about this update as it relates to individual product versions.
