Are you wanting to delete or cancel all your rules?

If you want to temporarily cancel the rules, create one that simply catches them all with the action ‘and stop processing more rules’ and place it in pole position. Enabling it should disable all the others.
(I’ve never tried it – you may have to set up two, one where ‘my name’ is in the To: field, and another where it isn’t.)
