one column is volts, currents, time and Amphours

Is volts, currents, time, and amphours all in one column or is that 4 different column? If those are in different columns, the data you posted makes it look like there are 5 or 6 columns of data not four.

What do you mean by “corrupt”? Normally corrupt is used to mean that the worksheet contains some corruption which causes Excel to malfunction. Is that what you mean, or do you mean that some rows contain incorrect data? If so, how is the incorrect data to be recognized?

If the data is in 5 or 6 columns, and the rows with incorrect data have one or more of those columns empty, could you just sort the worksheet on one of those columns to put all the rows with empty columns together and then just select and delete those rows?

The following is just a snippet of about 7 000 entires, I didn’t notice this until now….The original file is corrupt with about 4 or 5 of these little miscues of information. I am graphing this information, one column is volts, currents, time and Amphours. Is there a post that can help with finding an empty cell then deleting the entire row?
      Thanks Darryl.
