    I get my email in Outlook. Outlook automatically sends any message (notification of new real estate listings) I get from E-Bay to the Deleted Items File rather than the Inbox. I don’t remember doing anything to tell it to do that. However, I went in and edited all the email sites out of the Junk Senders list.
    I know it has something to do with security. But, I don’t know how to fix it. I have Norton Antivirus and Zone Alarm.
    Step by step directions please.

      I suspect that you will have a mail rule set up

      Select Tools > Rules Wizard
      Highlight the first rule (assuming you have one) and read the pane at the bottom
      If / When you hit the correct one, click Delete
