Running Windows 10 Pro on a Dell T3610. When I used Windows 7 pro, each window had a blue bar at the top of it. It was easy to discern the position of any window. Windows 10 does not put a blue bar at the top of each window. I’m old and I’d like to have the top of each window have some sort of color so I can determine the position of each window.

Question: What changes to Windows can I make to put some sort of color in the top of each window as Windows 7 did?

May be you have a better solution?

Open Windows 10 Settings (keyboard shortcut WINKEY+I) then click on “Personalization”. You can apply any color you like to to the title bar the active window.

Also click on “Ease of Access” from the windows settings main screen and you find easy ways to dress up or resize your pointer that makes it easy to spot.

Thank you for your help.  Now it is easy for me to see the windows boundaries.
