    Hi,

I was given a worksheet to continue development on and the worksheet contains tons of named ranges (i.e. many, many cells have defined names) which I’d like to simply report out or summarize. Is there a simple way of getting that information without a lot of code, or any code for that matter? I can’t seem to find any simple functions for this purpose.

    Thanks a bunch!

Try the very useful add-on, Name Manager, written by one of our moderators, pieterse.

In addition to the NameManager, to just get a list:

goto a blank section of a worksheet
      Insert – name – paste
And a list of the names and their formulas will be created …

I knew it!! I knew there had to be a simple solution!! Gee, do I feel stupid!!

        THANKS!!

By the way, I’ll have a look at the NameManager just the same. Perhaps it might come in handy as well.
