I have Word 2003 installed on two different machines, and the same fonts. But when I create a document on Machine A and take it to Machine B to print, the fonts are smaller. Machine A is running Windows XP pro; Machine B is running XP home addition. Both have all current updates of both Office and XP. When you look at the document, all the underlying information is the same. Any ideas? Do I need to uninstall all of the fonts on Machine B and install the fonts from Machine A onto Machine B (even though they should be the same)? Machine A is a laptop (Gateway 675) and B is a desktop (Dell Dimension 400 or something) we’ve had for awhile.

Next, if this only affects the way the document appears on the screen, and printouts are fine, check the “Zoom” percentage. It should be on the Standard toolbar (but if you combine toolbars on one line, it might not be visible), or under View>Zoom…
