O.K. I have a weird one. Yesterday I accessed http://www.adsTech.com to get support. The support gurus sent me a reply with links to the software, manuals, etc. I needed (very promptly in fact). When I click on the embedded link in either Outlook or Gmail, I get a Forbidden: You don’t have permission to access /products/downloads/applications/spinitagain.zip on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
I can do a cut and paste on the link using IE9, Fire Fox and Chrome and get the same error message. I can’t even get onto the basic http://www.ADSTech.com web site. Get same error message. I have shutdown firewalls, Spybot, etc. and still have the problem. I don’t know where else to look for blocked programs so I can undo the blockage. Whose server is causing the problem? Comcast (my ISP)?
I have sent the email to another computer on my in-house network, and get the same error result.
Here are a couple of the embedded links. Maybe it will work in your computer? If so, what are the differences?

I did a serach on Bing and all the results related to Linux situations.
What can I do?
Thanks in advance?
