I’m rather impressed with Micrsoft’s Query Analyser, where you enter commands in a top window, with the results in another lower window, and was wondering if there is a product that would allow you to do the same with Dos commands in windows? I really don’t want to write my own app!

    Thanks

I’m not sure what you’re looking for. You can’t ordinarily see the results of DOS commands except when they product screen output anyhow, and then you see them in the DOS window. What specifically were you wanting to do and in what version of Windows?

        I’m running Win2000
I found the SQL query analizer a very good tool, with the commands in an upper window, and the output in another. It also made copying and pasting between each window and other applications a lot easier.
Plus the colour coding of the commands you are typing was most useful.

        Guess i’ll write my own.
