My Vista Home Premium system has been acting up over the last few months. Recently I had to uninstall AVG because it would not update itself and I got fed up with no phone contact on their support website. I’ll decide about them later. I have been seeing the following mysterious message when I have to reboot, which is now frequently. “Error loading C:Progra~2A64D21~1qiclot7i.cpp” It’s been 10 years since I’ve used DOS to do any research, so I’d appreciate some help in figuring out a) what the heck this is and b) how to get to it in DOS and c) identifying the program or whatvever it is that this is involved with. I wonder if it is part of the problems I’ve been having. I’d like to clear this issue but I hesitate to simply start deleting files in DOS. Thanks in advance for any suggestions!
