I know there are hose looking for the Quick Launch Bar. Is there a way to add a second row so that active apps’ icons are separate for those pinned to the taskbar?
If I asked this, my apologies. Old feeble minds get forgetful.

In the older version of Windows, it was possible to keep separate list of Icons in quick launch toolbar.
Internet Search for [ quick launch toolbar ]. One result is this, dated May 2024. Does it still work? – I don’t know.
