    When I try to Drag & Drop an email to a folder I get the “circle with a line through it” which won’t allow it to happen. If I use the “Move to Folder” option, I can move the email. Any thought would be helpful.

      Are you using Outlook stand-alone, or on Exchange Server?
      If stand-alone, does your e-mail account use POP3 or IMAP?

        Outlook stand-alone – Under Control Panel/Mail/E-mail accounts it says MAPI

        I just restarted my computer and restarted Outlook and it seems to work now. Thanks for taking the time on the matter.
