    Passing on a question to those who know: The information from a published form can be collected, but is it possible to have the whole filled-in form emailed? The problem is an on-line application and the business wants the paper copy. I suppose one might do a merge from Access, but there might be something more straightforward. – Thanks

      Yes.
      Right_click within the form > Form Properties >

      There is a server-side application for pumping out PDF documents on the fly, I think it’s called ActivePDF. If you generate the confirmation page as PDF and save it somewhere accessible only to the client, would that do it?
