So I created a HelpDesk Database.

I want to be able to Click on a button and:

    “The whole Salami!” wish.
    1. The Technicians Email address is captured. (this email is linked to a Blackberry/Pager
    2. The End Users’ Name, Phone and Problem is captured
    3. Outlook is open / or is brought to the foreground and an email is sent to the tech with the HelpdDesk Info.

    Minimum wish:
The system just pages the Technician with a generic: “You have a new Helpdesk Ticket” which will prompt the Tech to open the database and check.

    Some shortcuts:

The Tech table contains the Email addresses.
I created a Print-Current report with just plain text, so when it transfers to email, its small.
