On my computer when I open an email in Outlook 2021, this is how the email is displayed:

On my Android phone when I open the SAME email in Outlook, this is how the email is displayed:

Any solution to make Outlook 2021 on my computer display the email correctly?

As the email looks like spam, I would say your computer has correctly rendered the mail without loading external images. Your phone could learn how to handle dodgy mail from your computer.
