Enable and disable Apple intelligence on the Mac Mini

Go into settings and look for the Apple Intelligence section. Enable or disable as you see fit.

Microsoft could take a page out of this and give peeps an option to disable
Copilot in Microsoft 365 apps, instead they dish it up to you.

I see Downgrade to Microsoft 365 Personal or Microsoft 365 Family Classic but it looks like you can only do it at the renew time. Would be better to have an option in the app settings to turn it off

I know you don’t have to use it in Word, but it is in your face till you start typing.

Can I keep the new plan changes and just turn on/off Copilot?

We know there are times when AI assistance isn’t desired or even permitted (like in some academic scenarios), so we’ve added settings in key apps like Microsoft Word that allow you to disable or enable Copilot as needed. Which is not there in the m365 business plans. They aren’t consistent in versions.
