Well the new icon startled me, not bad I guess.
I should have posted a comment here that resides in another thread https://www.askwoody.com/forums/topic/laptop-turns-off/#post-2425185https://www.askwoody.com/forums/topic/laptop-turns-off/#post-2425185

    My question still stands.

wavy: “Well the new icon startled me, not bad I guess.

Do you mean the “AskWoody” logo that looked like a thumbs down sign and now is a square blue comic-strip speech globe with a white tick mark on it? At least that is what it looks like now to me when using Waterfox or Vivaldi, but still looks the old “thumbs down” way when using Chrome.

Yes that was what I meant. ANd I just confirmed the look in chrome is the old brown icon. Strange that it would work that way, some kind of caching involved??
Yup cleared cache and now have the new icon in chrome.
