When I save my spreadsheet, I get the error messages below.
The cell named “WORK_DAYS” contains the value of 252.
The cells that reference “WORK_DAYS” contain the formula as follows:
=ROUND(+$BS$5*VLOOKUP(+$D118,$BZ$5:$CB$16,2)/$BS$8,0)-ROUND(VLOOKUP($D118,$BZ$5:$CB$16,3)*$BS$11,0)
where $BS$8 = $WORK_DAYS
I’m saving the document as an Excel 97 spreadsheet. I searched for any field with error values and there were none. I turned on the Audit but still couldn’t find any errors.
Message 1:
“A formula in a cell (Name:WORK_DAYS) could not be converted because it contains a function that is not available in the file format to which you are saving.
If you continue the save, the formula and result will be saved, but the function itself will be converted to an error value.”
When I click “Yes” to the question “Do you want to see additional errors as they occur so you can fix them later?” I get the next message.
Message 2:
“Microsoft Excel cannot convert some of the cells. The total number of errors found is 1.”
Does anyone have a clue what the problem could be?
