Event ID 6155 Warnings

On every start there are 10 warnings about “LSA package is not signed as expected. This can cause unexpected behavior with Credential Guard.”

Also error about “Credential Guard and/or VBS Key Isolation are configured but the secure kernel is not running; continuing without them.”

This is Windows 11 22H2 Home version. Don’t know why there are these Credential Guard mentions when this is not even applicable to Home version. These warnings did not exist before upgrading from windows 11 21H2.

You aren’t alone….

 

“Try removing all USB plugged in peripheral devices except mouse and kb, reboot and see if it clears the error.

It should, then by process of elimination you can determine which device is causing the error and check for a WHQL certified driver. If there isn’t one you can set a delayed start action in startup or services”

It is a laptop with no USB devices attached.

Set a delayed start to which service?

Lots of articles suggesting changes to registry like:

LsaCfgFlags”=dword:00000000
“EnableVirtualizationBasedSecurity”=dword:00000000

But none of them fixes these constant Event Viewer errors

Windows 11 21H2 zero issues but this 22H2 full of problems

Yea I think this is a “bug it in the feedback app and wait” bug.
