When I create a new macro in Excel the little floating macro tool bar is gone, the small one with the stop macro command. I cannot seem to find it. How can I get it back

OPen the VBE and paste this code, followed by Enter:
      Application.CommandBars(“stop recording”).enabled=true
If that does not bring it back, start recording, then rightclick the menu and see if “Stop Recording” has a check mark. It may help to uncheck and re-check it.

If you go into View => Toolbars => Customize

Do you see it anywhere on the list?

If you do, try clicking on Reset button then close dialog
and see if it makes any difference.
