AskWoody LoungerMay 2, 2003 at 6:02 pm #673151The Workbook Open Event. In the VBE go to the “ThisWorkbook” Object. At the top of the code window, select WorkBook from the Object dropdown; all the Events are listed in the Procedure dropdown to the right of the Object dropdown. In a default installation, selecting the Workbook Object immediately creates an empty Workbook_Open() event for you.
You can also use an Auto_Open macro.

Just in case this is related to your other post about not letting someone copy/modify a worksheet, bear in mind that a macro-based solution is easily defeated by holding down the shft key while the workbook loads, or disabling the macro at the macro warning prompt.
