Hi all – hope all are keeping safe during this virus time – take care.

Attached my excel sheet – its for an IT organisation, measuring “Availability”.

    Reference: https://www.fiixsoftware.com/how-do-maintainability-and-reliability-affect-availability/

Attached is my try on this. Please can you help me put this together? Thank you in advance for your help with it.

Column E: Minutes downtime per month

Column F: Not sure how to show this as a percentage?

    Thank you.

      Hi

Well, assuming that each Application runs constantly for the entire 30 day period except for the recorded downtime, then the Uptime minutes is simply

(uptime minutes) = (minutes in the month) – (downtime minutes)

So the uptime% is then simply (uptime minutes)/(minutes in the month) expressed as %

..and (downtime%) = (downtime minutes)/(minutes in the month) expressed as %

      ..see attached
